 WELCOME TO 1st/2nd GRADE!!
Hi! Welcome to the 2009-2010 school year. I'm your
child's teacher, Ms. Michele Borugian. I am thrilled to be
returning to Brookside this year. I am beginning my third
year in the Shoreline School District, having spent this past year
as a second grade teacher here at Brookside. I worked as an
Overload Support teacher at Echo Lake Elementary in
2007-2008. I spent several years in the business world
before moving into education. I earned my Masters Degree in
Elementary Education from the University of Colorado in 2001 and
began teaching in northwest Denver. I taught 2nd grade for
one year and 3rd grade for three years before moving to the Seattle
area.
I am very excited to be
teaching the 1/2 split, and look forward to having a great
