Answers for our friends in Ohio
Dear Tooth Tally Friends,
(This is the second response - the first one disappeared on Ms.
Nichols' computer. Oops.)
Thank you for the slide show. We really enjoyed seeing pictures of
your class and your community. We also liked reading your
answers and questions to our blog. You asked us some
questions that we would like to answer.
You asked us, "How many school buses do you have?" We only have one
big yellow school bus.
You wondered, "What kind of driveways do you have?" We have a
variety of driveways: some are cement, some are gravel and some are
dirt. Some of our driveways are bumpy and some are hilly.
You also asked us about the big parking lot that is south of our
school. That parking lot belongs to a Korean church.
Finally, you wanted to know if we go to Echo Lake. Yes, Echo
Lake is just a few blocks from us and about half our class goes
there. Some kids even go swimming there.
We really want to know why you can't go near the pond by your
school and why there is a fence around it?
We have enjoyed writing to you and learning more about your
community. We hope we can send you some photos before your
school year ends.
