ATTENTION ALL STUDENTS:  There will be NO ACTIVITY BUSES ON FRIDAYS, for the rest of the year!!!!
SHORELINE ARTS FESTIVAL JUNIOR ART SHOW: Submit your favorite artwork to the Richmond Room in the Shoreline Center on Tuesday June 10th from 3-5 pm. Work will be juried for display and awards.  Work in all media will be accepted. This year’s Festival is June 28 and 29th. See Mrs. Jepsen in the attendance office for an application.  For more information please email info@shorelinearts.net or call the Arts Council at 206-417-4645.
RED RIDING HOOD AUDITIONS:  Auditions for the Missoula Children’s Theatre production of RED RIDING HOOD will be held Monday June 23 from 4-6 pm in the Shoreline Room at the Shoreline Center.  There are roles for students in grades K through 12.  Students wishing to audition MUST arrive by 3”35 pm.  There is no guarantee that everyone who auditions will be cast in the play.  This is a group audition so put on a smile and come ready to have a good time.  Contact the Shoreline-Lake Forest Park Arts Council for more information:  info@ shorelinearts. net or www.shorelinearts.net
MAY IS “GET CAUGHT READING” MONTH:  So get caught reading!  Take a picture of yourself and your friends reading in interesting places.  We will post them on the bulletin board AND the top 10 most interesting pictures win a prize!  Teachers too!  Need a camera to take a picture?  Come to the library.  Get the forms!
DO YOU HAVE ALL OF OUR LAPTOP ITEMS THAT WERE ISSUED TO YOU???  Besides the laptop, you were issued a charger (an $80 fee) with a duckhead (the small detachable plug that goes into the charger-a $5 fee) and an extension cord (a $120 fee).  Now is the time to begin looking for any missing pieces.  Does your laptop have any damage?  If you aren’t sure, bring it to the tech lab in the library and we will have a look at it.  The $100 deductible can be paid in the office ahead of the laptop turn in days in mid-June.  Any unpaid fees will prevent students from getting their yearbooks.  Take care of this now and avoid the rush!
YEARBOOKS: Cost is $22 with and ASB card and $24 without an ASB card.  You may purchase them in the main office.  Buy one now! Prices will be going up soon!
