Welcome to the Highland Terrace ELL
Program!
My name is Mrs. Luu, and I am very excited to
be here to support students who are new to the English
language. In our program, students learn and develop English
skills through listening, speaking, reading, and writing.
They build a strong vocabulary base and learn the essentials of
English grammar. In ELL, we study hard, but also have
fun learning a new language. Please visit Room 13 to see the
