I am pleased to be
teaching at Meridian Park this year. We
are starting the year with fitness activities as well as running
short and long distance , lead up games, football, and tennis.
There are so many fun activities that we will participate in during
Gym Time this year. October is Fitness Gram time.
My
goal as a teacher is to inspire my students to start making healthy
choices in their lives. I believe they can achieve this
by:
1. Participating in fitness
activities each time they enter the gym.
2. Listening to my nutrition
tips and healthy choices.
3. Learning the value of life
time sports and activities such as tennis, golf, aerobics, track,
dance, walking, running, bowling, volleyball, etc.
4. Learning to be a team
player and a productive citizen in our society and community.
