 This web site is hopefully on the
way to becoming a resource of some actual use, but may not quite be
there yet. My name is Rebecca Drury, and I am a teacher of
grades 6, 7, & 8 in the Journey Program at Room Nine Community
School, and a science teacher for grades 3-8. This is my
second year in Shoreline, and at RNCS, I have been teaching for
some years now at the middle school level - first in Federal Way
and then at Friday Harbor MiddleSchool on San Juan Island. Before I
became a teacher I was a geologist, and it'sdefinitely a jump from
rocks to middle schoolers, and one I am glad I had the opportunity
to make.
