ATTENTION PARENTS - CHAPERONES AND BAKERS NEEDED FOR BIG BAND
DANCE

Chaperones are needed for the following time slots: 6:45-8pm;
8-9pm; 9-10pm.
The remainder of the dance is free for chaperones!

Note that Jazz Ensemble will be playing during the last hour+ of
the dance, Stage Band will be playing first (7:30-8:15ish) - this
may figure into your sign-up preferences if you want to see your
student play.
We need some bakers to provide refreshments (2 dozen items per
baker).
Ideally, items would be individually wrapped so we don't have to
worry about hands touching them when we transfer the items to
plates, etc.
They don't all have to be sweets - savory and healthy items are
okay, too.
Suggested donation per portion will probably be around $1.
