Apex
|
Apex is an online credit recovery program. The
purpose of the course is to enable students to recover credit as
needed for the successful course completion leading to high school
graduation.
First semester of the 2008-09 year, the course is offered during
4th, 5th, 6th periods, and 7th period Tuesday, Wednesday and
Thursday. The Apex course will be offered at the same times second
semester of 2008-09.
Students have the opportunity to retrieve credit at an accelerated
pace and may receive a maximum of three .5 credits per
semester.
Assessment is tracked online and monitored by the Apex specialist.
This information includes dates the work was done, time spent on
the work, as well as daily progress toward accomplishing the credit
recovery. Students advance in the lessons and modules of the
credit recovery subject as they demonstrate their mastery through
quizzes and tests. |
