I have been teaching PE/Health at Shorecrest for 8 years. I
teach mainly in Portable 3 and the Aerobics (or Wrestling
Room). I strongly believe in the power of movement for your
overall well-being. My goal is for every student to find at
least one physical activity that he or she enjoys and can continue
to do outside of high
school.
