The results are calculated by adding together the interview (10%),
attendance (5%), teacher recommendations (25%), and the four
routines (60%). Each candidate was assigned a number and the totals
were tallied using the numbers only. The first 22 totals were all
within decimal points of each other. The cut off point for the team
was decided to be where the point value discrepancy was 2 or
greater. After the team was determined in this way, the assigned
numbers were matched with the candidate names.
