All paperwork (Athletic Permission
Form, Current Physical, Emergency Information Card) must be turned
in to Mr. Loland BEFORE you may participate in any practices. If
you're not sure about the status of your physical, please see Mr.
Loland.
Fees ($30 for ASB, $100 for Athletic Participation) must be paid
before you may compete in any meets. Fees are paid to Mrs. Velie in
the Main Office. In addition, see Mrs. Velie about the gym usage
fee.
You must bring the parent-signed Safety Guidelines Form as well as
your yellow Emergency Information Card to the first
practice.
