Welcome to Ms. King's website.
Laura King is originally from upstate New York. She received
a Bachelor of Fine Arts from the State University of New York at
Buffalo and received her Masters in Art Education from Nazareth
College in Rochester, New York. Each summer, Ms. King returns
to New York to work at the New York State Summer School for the
Visual Arts, where she is the Assistant Artistic Director and a
Master Teacher.
At Shorecrest, Ms. King currently teaches Arts & Crafts,
Drawing & Painting, Studio Art, and AP Art. She is
co-advisor for the Class of 2009, the Art Club advisor and serves
on the Visual Arts Committee.
