Don't forget to have your parents/guardians sign the "Wrestling Safety Guidelines" and turn it back into one of the coaches or the managers. You need it signed and turned in before you can compete.

SHOWER AT SHORECREST AFTER EVERY PRACTICE/COMPETITION. BRING YOUR OWN SOAP AND TOWEL. NO SHARING THESE ITEMS.

Bring a sweat top, sweat bottoms or warmups, a second t-shirt and your shower supplies to practice everyday!

Don't leave used clothing in your lockers and bags overnight. Wash all practice gear on a nightly basis - no reusing dirty practice gear. Wash with hot water and lots of soap.

The new singlets were high ticket items - wash these in luke warm water and tumble or hang dry to preserve lettering for future seasons to come.
