Welcome to AP Psychology!
___________________________________________________________________________

Advanced Placement Psychology is a year-long course that addresses a wide spectrum of psychological topics, including:  introduction to psychology; research and statistics; memory; neurobiology; developmental psychology; sensation and perception; consciousness; thinking, language, and intelligence; learning; motivation, emotion, and health; personality; social psychology; and clinical psychology.  The course follows the guidelines of the College Board and prepares students to take the AP Examination in May 2007.

The links to the left will help you through the course:
  • The 'Grades' link allows you to view your class grade online using your assigned password.  These scores are updated every other week.
  • 'Documents' enables you to download (in pdf format) monthly course calendars and extra copies of handouts.   Course calendars provide daily activities, homework, and anything I passed out in class.
  • 'Links' will connect you to online resources and experiments.
  • 'Announcements' provides important information, including a complete overview of the AP Psychology exam.
  • Clicking 'Contact the Teacher' will send me a direct email.
I am excited to teach this class, and look forward to our work this year.
