Welcome
to the Shoreline Community Based Transition Program
This program is a community based program,
serving students 18-21 years old who have completed four years of
high school. Students will participate in a variety of
acivities, which may include weekly outings in the community,
vocational internships, and classes including banking and
budgeting, independent living, pre-vocational skills, disability
disclosure, person centered planning, community resources, and
leisure activities.
