MSP Testing Shoreline schools will be administering the Measurement of Student Progress to 3rd through 8th graders between April 30 and May 17. Please see your school's Web site for specific dates. For more information on these assessments, visit the OSPI Web site. Highly Capable Testing Each year, Shoreline screens all first graders for the HiCap
program, and eligibility testing for grades 2–6 is in
January.
