Welcome
to the Speech & Language web page for Syre Elementary!
"Speech class" is a Special Education service that supports
students who are in need of specially designed instruction in the
areas of articulation,
language, fluency, and
voice. Student's become "eligible" for this service if
they meet specific requirements determined through an evaluation
process. Parents and teachers may refer a student if they
suspect a communication delay or disorder is interfereing with
progress in the classroom setting.
